Initial Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy TF-CBT Training

Join us for a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) virtual training to begin learning about a proven practice that has robust evidence to treat trauma. This workshop is the initial training as part of a proficiency certification course in TF-CBT for master’s level and above behavioral health practitioners who have completed the necessary prerequisite to see clients. Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction Training

Although harm reduction seems to be everywhere all at once, the philosophy and practice of harm reduction is not always clearly understood. Training Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation and Recovery: A DBT-Informed Framework for Addiction Fortify Yourself Training

This training will explore how DBT can be effectively integrated into addiction treatment. Participants will examine the robust body of evidence supporting DBT's effectiveness in increasing well-being and reducing relapse rates, supporting sustained recovery, and mitigating the day-to-day impact of stress and emotional upheaval that can undermine progress. Special emphasis will be placed on understanding how DBT can be tailored to meet the needs of clients with co-occurring disorders, and how its principles can be applied across various levels of care—from outpatient programs to residential treatment.
