11th EBP/CDEP Conference

September 25 & 26, 2025 | Burbank, CA

Save the Date!

The California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS) invites you to attend the 2025 Advancing Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) and Community-Defined Evidence Practices (CDEPs) conference.

This in-person event will be held on Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, 2025 in Burbank, California.

The conference theme will emphasize strategies to improve the quality and evaluation of behavioral services through the implementation and expansion of EBPs and CDEPs. EBPs and CDEPs are requirements in several key statewide initiatives, including the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA), CA 1115 Waiver California Behavioral Health Community-Based Organized Networks of Equitable Care and Treatment (BH-CONNECT) Demonstration, and the California Youth and Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI). The conference will also offer training in specific EBP and CDEP models, as well as opportunities for peer-to-peer sharing about lessons learned during start up, scaling, and expansion of these practices. The two-day conference will shine a spotlight on the urgent need to work alongside communities facing deep and persistent inequities across critical systems—behavioral health, criminal justice, housing, and education—where lives are impacted daily, and change is imperative.
